2026年9月27日，由麦迪逊华人社区主办的Wisconsin 州长候选人 David Crowley的竞选活动吸引了 100多位来自不同族裔的支持者参加。除了麦迪逊本地，还有人专程从 Milwaukee、Wausau、Fond du Lac 等地赶来。据悉，这是第一次威州华人为州长候选人举办竞选活动。

不同背景、不同族裔的人们聚集在一起，交流公共事务，也展现了越来越多华人朋友参与当地政治和社区事务的热情。


随着11月3日大选日临近，也想借这个机会提醒大家：

🗳️ **了解候选人，了解议题，做出自己的选择，并记得投票。**

今天活动中，David Crowley 分享了一句话：

> **“If you’re not at the table, you’re on the menu.”**  
> **“如果你不在谈判桌前，你就会在菜单上。”**

Chinese American Community Engages in Civic Life 🇺🇸

More than 100 supporters from diverse backgrounds gathered today in Madison for an event featuring Wisconsin gubernatorial candidate David Crowley. Some attendees traveled from Milwaukee, Wausau, Fond du Lac, and other communities to participate.

It was encouraging to see more members of the Chinese American community getting involved in civic and public affairs.

With Election Day approaching, a reminder to everyone: learn about the candidates and issues, make your own choice, and remember to vote. Make your voice heard!

As Crowley said today:

> **“If you’re not at the table, you’re on the menu.”**
